Co-IDA HD Agarose Resin

High density Cobalt-Iminodiacetic acid (IDA) crosslinked agarose resin. The higher amount of available groups allows for higher binding capacity. It recognizes two exposed vicinal histidine tags. The very good selectivity of Cobalt makes this resin the ideal choice for many purifications. Suitable for batch or column purifications. Binding/loading capacity: 20 - 40 µmol Me2+/ml gel.
