DNase/RNase not detected. 0.2 µm filtered.Suitable for nucleic acid hybridization. Denhardt's solution is a mixture of blocking agents capable of saturating non-specific binding sites and to be used in membrane-based hybridization protocols. It is recommended for use with nylon membranes.
